In first step we wanted to make many carton circles and press on its edges to make it as this image

 The second step: we use this carton circles and adhesive to make flower forms

 The third step: put a necklace bead in center of carton flower as this form

 Then we can cut excess parties to equal the parties of the plank

 now we want to covering this forms using a glass panel and wood farm, in the end we get nice wall plate as this image and we can suspend it on the wall.
